Showers, parties, teas will all have to be crowded into your calendar. First, you should set the date with your clergyman for the rehearsal. This may be a few days to the day before the wedding. In this section of the country, at least, it is customary for the groom's parents to offer to entertain at dinner following the rehearsal. If they are from out of town, they may give the dinner at a hotel or other place which you may suggest. Guests at this affair should include the bridal party, both sets of parents, and, your'clergyman and his wife, and may also include close relatives from out of town or others close to the families. At the rehearsal itself, your clergyman will direct all members of the bridal party as to the processional, where each person is to stand, etc., and the recessional.
