Hellios of Wonder Lake, committed the offenses of: attempted escape in that he did attempt to crawl out of a squad car through the window in an effort to escape custody; resisting and obstructing a peace officer in that he did physically struggle and resist being handcuffed and had to be dragged to a police squad car and disorderly conduct in that he did knowingly shout and scream at bystanders trying to excite and incite them to disorder while at the Johnsburg Community club grounds. Bond set at $2,025. Officer George R. Wilson charges that on Sept. 14, Peter M. Hellios of Wonder Lake, committed the offense of ob­ structing a peace officer in that he did physically prohibit said officer from aiding other of­ ficers by pushing said officer to the ground and fighting with him and the offense of battery in that he did intentionally, without legal justification, strike and push said officer to the ground with his hands, thereby causing him bodily harm. Bond set at $2,000. Sgt. Herbert Cropp charges that on Sept. 14, Peter M. Hellios of Wonder Lake, committed the offense of ob­ structing a peace officer in that he did knowingly obstruct the performance of said officer which was the denial to access of th^ grounds of the Johnsburg Community club and did totally disregarded loud verbal notice over a public address system and entered the grounds by going around said officer knowing such entry was for­ bidden. Bond set at $1,000. Deputy Anthony Olszewski charges that on Sept. 14, Peter M. Hellios of Wonder Lake committed the offense of resisting a peace officer in that he did shove, attempt to strike and attempt to break away from said officer while he was in the execution of his duties and committed the offense of aggravated assault in that he did take said officer's flashlight and attempt to strike him with it. Bond set at $2,000. Deputy Sheriff Anthony Olszewski charges that on Sept. 13, Melvin C. Dillman of 803 Columbus, McHenry, com­ mitted the offenses of tran­ sportation of alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle with the seal broken; possession of firearm without requisite firearm owners identification card in that he did possess a 38 caliber revolver without having a required identification card; unlawful use of weapons in that he did knowingly have a loaded 38 caliber revolver in his car; and resisting a peace officer in that he did push, shove and attempt to break away from said officer and did continually pull his hands away while of­ ficer was attempting to hand­ cuff him. Bond set at $3,025. Sgt. Herbert Cropp charges that on Sept. 14, Gary A. Hansen of 4517 W. Parkway, McHenry, committed the of­ fense of resisting a peace of­ ficer in that he did knowingly resist the performance of said officer while he was attempting to make an arrest in the execution of his duties and committed the offense of disorderly conduct in that he did use obsdene language in a loud voice at the Johnsburg Community club and was in­ volved in a disturbance with the Johnsburg Rescue squad while they were attempting to transport an injured party to the hospital. Bond set at $1,025. Deputy Sheriff Michael Keane charges that on Sept. 14, William G. Walkington of 452 W. Judd, Woodstock, com­ mitted the offense of ob­ structing a peace officer in that he did obstruct the per­ formance of said deputy while he was in the process of arresting James Smith in that he did physically block the officer's cortfrol of Smith and obstructed the officer's path to assist another officer who was in need of assistance. Bond set at $1,000, court date Sept. 23. Deputy Michael Keane charges that on Sept. 14, Timothy G. Shaw of 439 W. Main .street, Barrington, committed the offense of at­ tempted criminal damage to property under $150 in that he threw rocks and stone type material at a county squad car with intent to cause damage to it. Bond set at $1,000, court date Sept. 23. Deputy Sheriff Thomas Sanders charges that on Sept. 14, James L. Smith, Jr., of 1720 Clay, Woodstock, committed two offenses of disorderly conduct in that he did knowingly and intentionally refuse to depart the festivities at the Johnsburg Community club in that he was in an in­ toxicated state, created three disturbances and was given a verbal reprimand by the complainant each time knowing the complainant to be a police officer engaged in his official duties. Bond set at $50, court date Sept. 23. Deputy Thomas Sanders charges that on Sept. 14, James L. Smith, Jr., of 1720 Clay, Woodstock, committed the offense of resisting a peace officer in that he did knowingly resist the performance of said deputy in that he did refuse to be handcuffed and began pushing and threatening said deputy.
