SECTION 2 - PAGE 3 - PLAINDEALER - WEDNESDAY. NOVEMBER 5,1975 Lakeland Park Marilyn Nystrom 385-7014 Area Residents Urged To Report Water Conditions Leonard Linstrom, super' visor of the Illinois En vironmental Protection Agency (IEPA) field office at Aurora asks that Lakeland Park residents return questionnaires sent out by his office regarding the quality of the water in the subdivision at the present time. Questionnaires were mailed along with stamped, self- addressed envelopes by the IEPA office Oct. 16-23. Lind- strom reported that as of Oct. 28, only one-third of the questionnaires had been returned to his office. In order to get a true picture of present water conditions, more returns need to be tabulated by EPA officials. The questionnaires were sent out as the result of enforcement action taken by the IEPA in regard to regulations required of the Lakeland Park Water company when it was purchased by Northern Illinois Utilities, Inc.
