A Ringwood girl is included. • Larry Harris, secretary of the McHenry County Dairy Promotion council which sponsors the competition and varied June Dairy Month ac­ tivities, reports the Dairy Princess candidates will provide milk taste treats and samples of cheese during the board's usual morning break. The candidates undergo judging later in the week, then prepare for various radio and television appearances. The climax of the month's dairy promotion comes with the annual dairy banquet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, at the Branded Steak House, Crystal Lake. Tickets for the dairy banquet are available at the Farm Bureau and from Dairy Promotion council members. Mai Bellairs of WIVS, Crystal Lake, will be master of ceremonies for the banquet. Here are the Dairy Princess contestants, names of their parents, and the sponsors: 1--Karrie Marunde, 19, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Marunde, Woodstock, sponsored by Wisconsin Dairies. 2--Elarie Swallisch, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Swallisch, Ringwood, sponsored by Production Credit association. 3--Dawn Vogts, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Vogts, Woodstock, sponsored by McHenry County Farm Bureau. 4--Donna Swanson, 22, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Swanson, Woodstock, spon­ sored by Kishwaukee AMPI. 5--Julie Barber, 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Barber, Jr., Richmond, sponsored by Federal Land Bank association.
