Klemm stated that there must be a total effort put forth by all the state, federal, county and local agencies involved, to make certain that all would be in readiness in the event ad­ ditional problems arose The Public safety committee, at its meeting of Aug. 21, again expressed concern for the situation Mrs Phyllis Walters and George Starr, who are members of this committee and who also reside in Algonquin township, requested that they be kept informed and offered their assistance wherever it might be needed. Other members of the Public Safety committee, are Ernest Foote of Woodstock and Walter Dean of McHenry. The Public Safety committee wants the Emergency Services agency to monitor the situation on a daily basis, to assure that full coordination capabilities are ready in case of further complications. This should continue until such time as the emergency that currently exists is completed to the satisfaction of the engineers.
