JEFF BYCHOWSKI EXCHANGE VOWS - The Community church in Richmond was the scene of the Sept. 3 exchange of vows between Susan Winn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Winn, Richmond, and Jeff Bvchowski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Bychowski of Spring Grove. White mums decorated the church as the Rev. Glenn Mensing officiated at the traditional ceremony at 4 p.m. Wearing a pin that belonged to her great-grandmother, and in a satin and chiffon dress designed by her mother, the bride was given in marriage by her father. The parents of the bride and of the groom hosted a dinner and dance for 240 people in the Johnsburg community club toasting the bride and groom. The couple is residing in Spring Grove after a wedding trip to Florida. Both are graduates of Richmond high school. The Senior Citizens council Meet and Eat program has a new yellow van to spread sunshine throughout the county. Until now, one blue van has been loading meals prepared at Marian Central High School and reaching out to a portion of the county. Ad­ dition of a second van will allow meals to reach other areas in the county.
