Pour into old-fash­ ioned glass and garnish. i CHAMP Sugar cube * Bitters Ging€rale Orange-peel twist garnish Place sugar cube in cham­ pagne saucer and saturate with bitters. Fill glass with chilled ginger ale and add a twist oforange peel. TOMATO BULL 1 fresh lemon wedge ^ fresh lime wedge Canned Bloody Mary mix Tabasco sauce (to taste) Salt, freshly ground pepper to taste Celery stick garnish Dip the rim of a tall glass into lemon juice, then into coarse salt Fill with ice. Squeeze and drop into glass the lemon and lime wedges. Ftyl with Bloody Mary mix. Add Tabasco, salt and pep­ per to taste. Garnish with celery stick (with leaves). CITRUS SIDECAR 2 ozs. fresh orange juice 1 oz. apple juice ^ oz. lemon juice Splash club soda Orange wedge and mint sprig garnish Fill glass with ice cubes. Blend juices and soda and pour over ice. Garnish with orange and mint TEA FASHIONED 2 to 3 dashes bitters Sugar cube Splash club soda 1% ozs. strong tea Lemon twist and cher­ ry garnish Shake bitters onto sugar cube in old-fashined glass. Add splash of soda and stir to dissolve sugar. Add two cubes of ice, lemon peel and cherry. Pour in tea and stir well. MEXICAN SUNSET 8 ozs. chilled orange juice % oz. grenadine (from bar supply or liquor store) Into a 12-ounce glass, pour chilled orange juice. Add grenadine. Allow grenadine to settle to bottom.
