Special features of the evening were the fairy plays that were given, the crowning of the May Queen with garlands, and the Morris Court and Maypole dances. In the evening two plays, "The Florist shop" and "Il Jacobi" were presented by the . young folks. FE Mrs. L. C. Graves and her daughter, Mrs. Henry Bartholomay of Chicago, are occupying the I. B. Sherman home on Sheridan road, for the summer, while Mr. and Mrs. Sherman are trav- eling through England, France, and Italy. Upon their return, Mrs. Graves will move into her new residence at 377 Walden road, which she purchased recently from A. C. Perrin. ---- It is with great appreciation and gratitude that the Board of Arden Shore wishes to thank each member of the splendid working force that has helped in the past drive. Each house was reached. Also the gracious re- ception by our workers the con- tributors greatly helped make it a most successful campaign in every way. --_--Q-- The Kindergarten party and frolic of the Congregational church Sunday school will take place this afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Sunday School room. She will make a brief visit with friends in Rochester, N.Y. a Mrs. Ove Frederick Jensen and her little son, 943 Spruce street, will leave on May 30 to motor to Charlevoix, Mich. They will be accompanied by Mr. Jensen who will return to Winnet- ka in a few days, although his family will remain in Michigan all summer. ---- Mrs. Carter H.
