W. G. Stacey Company Finds Business Active W. G. Stacey and company, Linden avenue real estate firm, Wilmette, was the agent for one of the most attrac- tive residence leases in Wilmette this week. The home of James W. Benett, 800 Greenleaf avenue, was leased to Walter I Beam. now residing at 819 Prairie avenue. The Beams have been living in Wilmette for a number of years. It is reported that the Benetts are planning to leave the village soon. Subdivide Skokie Tract at Dundee-Kotz Highways A new subdivision, comprising 16 acres just outside of Glencoe, is to be developed, according to plans of Charles W. James who recently pur- chased the property at on indicated $70,000 from the Northern Trust com- pany, trustee. The property is situated at the south- east corner of Dundee and Kotz roads, extending east to the village limits of Glencoe. It is just east of the May- fair branch of the Northwestern railway and near the new North Shore electric extension. Hedberg and Bistor are mentioned as the firm to carry out the subdivid- ing of the property. The territory is expected to prove popular because of its favorable transportation facili- ties, its attractive setting and the gen- eral westward development all along the north shore.
