Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings they will be presented at Annie May Swift hall for various groups--students in the School of Speech, members of the North Shere Theater guild, and members of the play- writing class and their guests. The casting for "Spirals," written by Marian Lawrence Nelson (Mrs. Her- bert U. Nelson), has been made as fol- lows: Mary--Mrs. Solomon P. Perry; Nita --Mrs. William D. Sidley; John--Wil- liam R. Nelson; Claude--Eugene Macy; Waiter--James Witherell. "Together Alone" by Helen Hill (Mrs. John de Koven Hill), has its parts assigned as follows: Mr. Seabury--Alfred Povah; Mrs. Seabury--Beulah Larkin; Griselda-- | Margaret Fuller; Jimmy--Hassel Tay- lor. "The Weathercock Elopes," by Alice C. D. Riley (Mrs. Harrison B. Meltzer, who has been teaching in the Country Day school, Winnetka, has been engaged by Co- lumbia School of Music as instructor of brass and wood wind instruments and also special classes in band con- ducting. Miss Kathleen Air in charge of the school affairs in Winnetka and who last year became a member of the board of directors of the school, is pleased with the prospect of organiz- ing a student band on the north shore.
