ORGANIZES VETS UNIT A representative of the Veterans of Foreign Wars has been in Winnetka this week, endeavoring to organize a local post of men who have seen serv- ice in foreign wars. Winnetka has a sizeable quota of eligible members and it is said the plan of organization is meeting with favor.
