On the second floor are three bed- rooms and two baths. The master bedroom, is 15 by 27 feet, with tile bath and shower stall, the tub recessed beneath a huge arch, the tile and walls being done in a delicate peach tint. The other two bedrooms are also large, and connecting chambers, with bath room between, where the tub, also is within a deeply arched recess, both the tub and walls being of light gray and blue tile. The space beneath the high pitched roof of the English house, has here been converted into an exceedingly spacious storage room, the third floor being accessible by easy rising stairs. An attached garage, suitable for the storage of two large cars, with a brick- walled service pit in one stall, com- pletes the structure. This the E. T. Leonard company feels is one of the greatest values in a house of this type, at $33,500, it is possible to conceive. The E. T.
