January 29, 1927 WINNETKA TALK No Other Ice Cream Can Compare with the High Standards and Food Value of HYDROX In Ice Cream, food values are measured first by the qual- ity and quantity of cream used. Hydrox uses only pure, rich cream--the very best the en- tire Middle West affords--and puts far more of this into its Ice Cream than the laws of this state or the laws of any other state require. Next in determining Ice Cream food values are the flavors. Hydrox uses only pure fruits and flavors, rich in vi- tamins--in place of synthetic flavors and extracts which, of course, are totally devoid of vitamin content. And finally, the food values of Ice Cream are measured in terms of the sweetening used. Hydrox Ice Cream is sweetened with pure cane sugar in- stead of with glucose or other substitutes. No other Ice Cream made in this vicinity--in this state or in any other-- can compare with the high standards and food values of Hydrox.
