Phone Winnetka 686 "ls Annual Township Meeting, Ballot, Tuesday, April 5 The annual New Trier township, and the annual Township election are scheduled for Tuesday, April 5. Two offices will be filled at this election, with Walter T. Fisher of Winnetka as unopposed can- didate for the office of Township School trustee, and John A. Schildgen of Wilmette, as unopposed candidate for township constable. The Town meeting is to be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Winnetka Community House at which time, following the selection of a Mod- erator, there will be heard the annual reports of township officers, appropria- tions made, expenses defrayed and new business discussed. The Town meeting is, of course, open to all the voters of the township. Candidates in the Town election were nominated at a record meeting of the New Trier Citizens' league, which is comprised of representative citizens of four villages in New Trier, Jacob M. Dickinson, Jr., was elected president of the leagtie at its sessions a few weeks ago. Frank F. Ferry of 391 Sheridan road with Bob and Bud, and Ned Hill has gone to Amarillo, Texas, for ten days.
