April 27 the speaker will be Edward Sapir, associate professor of an- thropology and American Indian lan- guages, University of Chicago, his sub- ject, "The Background of Spiritual and Aesthetic Life." The lectures in May will be given in sequence by Shailer Mathews, Prof. Delton T. Howard, Prof. Richard T. Ely and Clarence Darrow, and the final lecture will be delivered June 1 by Prof. Brownell.
