It will be located on the north side of Hazel avenue, on a tract 75 by 132 feet, directly west of the Baumann Shoe store corner, and directly across the street from the Masonic temple and the William Edwards hardware store. It will comprise twenty-nine apart- ments and one store and will cost, it is said, $125,000 or more. All rooms will -have outside exposure. The building will be three stories in height, of brick and stucco, half timbered and of the English Tudor type. Robert Ostergren, of Chicago, is the architect. It is planned to have .ne building completed by May 1. {t is only one-half block east of this proposed new buidling, on the north- east corner of Hazel and Vernon ave- nues, where Frederick A. Cooper, of Wilmette, is to begin the erection of a $250,000 apartment and business block, as soon as the final details of widening that section of Vernon ave- nue are completed. A.E.
