Mrs. John Winscott's group furnished a dinner, presents and warm clothing to a family of seven. Mrs. Philip Fisher's group did the same for a family in which they have been interested since last Christmas. Mrs. George Eisenbrand's group made attractive boxes for twen- ty-seven sick children in one of the hospitals, filling each box with a doll which they dressed, and a touch of Christmas. Miss Mildred Olson's group took cheer to a large family in Chi- cago, and furnished a dinner and warm clothing and gifts. The three Blue-Bird Groups (younger Camp Fire Girls), under the leadership of Miss June Heyda, Miss Olive Eason and Miss Dorothy Prouty, dressed dolls and put them in pretty covered boxes for children in one of the hospitals in Chi- cago. Jackson's senior tank team at New Trier splashed plenty of water into the eves of the Lake View squad and emerged the victors by a score of 40 to 19. The local boys clearly outclassed the Lake View team in every department with the exception of fancy diving and the score lacked only a pont of being a tie for first in that event. Bennett of New Trier was the outstanding star chalking up 1114 points with firsts in the 40 yard and 100 yard swims and aiding in the winning of the relay. The summary is as follows: 40-yard Swim: 1. Bennett (N. T.); 2. Berman (I. V.); 3. Swanland (I. V.). Time, 19 2-5. 100-yard Breast Stroke: 1. Rogers (N. T.); 2. Goulbert (I. V.); 3. Evans (L. V.).
