There were thirty-two en- trants in the contest and elimination contests had been held two weeks previous to the final contest. The prize is two-fold. The Cable people awarded her a Mason and Ham- lin grand piano and the Society of American Musicians will sponsor' a debut recital for her in Chicago in about three weeks. Miss Manchester is a Kappa Delta at Northwestern but finds time to take charge of the singing and rhythm classes in the Montessori school in Winnetka. Her private piano class includes pupils from Evanston to Glencoe. 21 Brothers & Sisters at Home, But Not Norbertena John Snelton, residing on Waukegan road near Willow road, reported to Winnetka police Wednesday evening that he feared his ten-year-old daugh- ter, Norbertena, had been kidnaped, but she was located a few hours later in Kenilworth. Soon after leaving school she had been seen to enter an automobile, east bound, on Willow road. She said she reached that village by begging auto rides. Snelton told the police he has 22 children and eight grandchildren. Sergeant J. G.
