Eighteen schools were represented by the 75 men and women present who will head the volunteer commit- tees in all colleges of any size in the middle west and west to obtain the college vote for Hoover. The entire college division of the campaign in the 29 states under the management of James W. Good is being organized by Lowell Hastings, who graduated from the Northwestern law school in June. From this time on until the peak of the business during the Christmas holidays, Postmaster Joseph C. Braun says the records will show a gradual increase in volume. In fact, the business of the Win- netka post office indicates a steady in- crease, from month to month, a con- dition which has been recorded for a long time, and which is one of the best criterions relative to the growth of a community.
