WINNETKA TALK September 29, 1928 LEAVE FOR EUROPE Mrs. Charles ReQua and her daugh- ter, Mrs. Stewart Johnston, left their home at 678 Sheridan road, Winnetka, on Wednesday and will sail Friday from New York for England. They plan to remain there about six weeks. Mrs. Johnston's daughter, Tita, has remained home with her grandfather. Miss Harriet Stilling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. F. E. Knapp as head of the violin department. He will also be concert master of the Evanston Sym- phony orchestra while George Dasch will be its new conductor. Prof. Sheasby comes to Northwestern from Drake university where he was profes- sor of violin for ten years. Previously he was professor of violin at the Cos- mopolitan School of Music and Dram- atic Art in Chicago. He studied in Brussels, with Albert Zimmer, and with Cesar Thomson, recognized as one of the foremost teachers in the world Mr. and Mrs. R. N. Puetz and family of 452 Sunset road have moved to 7448 Barton avenue. Mail Out 13,000 Season Tickets for Purple Games Thirteen thousand season ticket books for Northwestern university's fotball games this fall were mailed out to purchasers this Friday, accord- ing to announcement from the North- western ticket office. This allotment of season ticket books, which is the largest in the history of the university, was filled by a large corps of workers and all were placed in the mails at the same time. Orders for these tickets have been received since the sale opened last April. Orders for season books received after the above allotment has been mailed will be delivered as the order is received. It is expected that the season ticket sale will reach 15000 this fall. The games for which these tickets are good are Butler, Ohio, Kentucky, Minnesota, Purdue and Dartmouth. Announcement is also made by the ticket office that orders for single games are being received in large numbers. The orders for the Dart- mouth and Minnesota contests are running about equal with a brisk de- mand for Purdue and Ohio also re- ported. Northwestern fans who plan to at- tend the Illinois game at Urbana and the Indiana game at Bloomington may purchase their tickets at the North- western ticket office in Evanston. FIRST FALL MEETING The North Shore Alumnae Associa- tion of the National Kindergarten and Elementary college will hold its first fall gathering Saturday, Sept. 29, a luncheon at the Vista del Lago club. Mrs. Fred S. Kingore, 1716 Livingston avenue, president, will be the hostess. Mrs. Henry C.
