64 WINNETKA TALK December 1, 1928 VILLAGE OF WINNETKA, ILLINOIS LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS NOTICE OF RETIREMENT Notice is hereby given that I, as Treasurer of the Village of Winnetka, pursuant to the provisions of Section 43 of the Local Improvement Act of the State of Illinois, as amended by Act of the General Assembly approved July 14, 1927, have ascertained the amount of assessments collected and applicable to the payment of bonds issued in Special Assessment proceedings instituted by the Village of Winnetka; and have selected by lot certain bonds of series hereinafter in this notice stated, to be paid from the funds collected in said Special As- sessment proceedings, respectively; that the bonds hereinafter mentioned, of the assessment, series, maturity and amounts indicated, will be paid by me as said Village Treasurer at the Village Hall, Winnetka, Illinois on and after the thirty- first day of December A. D. 1928; and that from and after said thirty-first day of December A. D. 1928, no further in- terest shall accrue or be payable upon any of the bonds of the assessment num- ber, series, maturity and amount here- inafter stated.
