Cannington R.C.A.F. Man Listed As Missing in Action
Flt. Lieut. Geoffrey Apps has been officially listed as missing according to information received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Apps, of Cannington.
Born in Cannington, Flt.-Lieut. Apps was educated at Cannington Continuation School and Uxbridge Upper School. He enlisted at Toronto in September training at Toronto, Oshawa and Trenton, graduating at Hagersville, where he received his wings. The young airman was just starting his second tour of operations with an Eastern Air Command when he was reported missing a short time ago.- Media Type
