No date [1944]   Word has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Albert Barjarow, Victoria Ave., Lindsay, that their son, Albert [Garfield], has been wounded in action, in France. Pte. Barjarow is attached to the 17th Light Field Armored Corps and has been serving overseas since June 1943. He enlisted in October, 1942. He enlisted in October, 1942, receiving his training at Camp Borden.
