Lindsay Goaler,
Dies in Italy
The sad news was received in Lindsay a few days age of the death in Italy of Ross Davidson, of Haliburton, a young man who will be remembered here as a goaler in the year Lindsay Midgets played off in the semi-finals of the Junior OHA with Aurora.
Ross was a very likeable chap friendly and good natured. He was a member of St. Andrew’s Church Bible Class.- Media Type

- Lieut. F. Ross Davidson of Haliburton joined the 45th Canadian Army Field Regiment in Lindsay on 8 September 1939 and went overseas in November 1941. He took an Officers Training Course and received his commission in July, 1944.
