Lindsay War Bride Thinks Canada’s O.K. Of a large number of English war brides arriving in Canada recently, only one will make her home in Lindsay. She is Mrs. J. Eade, wife of Driver Jack Eade of the Cdn. Convalescent Depot in England.
Mrs. Eade is at present staying with her husband’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Eade, 60 St. Paul St. and says she believes Canada is a wonderful country.
The young brides’ native home was Birdlington, Yorkshire, England and she reports that the Red Cross used her wonderfully upon her arrival.
