David Eggleton Killed in France Pte. David Lloyd Eggleton, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Eggleton, has been killed in action in France, according to information received here.
Several months ago Pte. Earl Dean, a son-in-law, was killed in an accident in England. His widow, formerly Mary Eggleton is now a member of the R.C.A.F. and is at present home on leave.
Two brothers, George and John Eggleton, are serving with the Candadian army overseas. Pte. David Eggleton was born in Lindsay and enlisted early in the war and went overseas in August 1943.
