Loses Toes
Feels FineMr. and Mrs. W. Eggleton, King St., have received a letter from their son, Pte. John Eggleton, telling them about his wounds.
I was wounded in the foot and I lost my first toe as well as part of my second toe but other than that I am feeling fine
he wrote.I might also tell you that it sure was a great feeling to get under white sheets again.
