Lindsay boy home after three years
The many friends of Lt. W.
Bill
Elliott are pleased to welcome him back to town after three years service overseas with the army.Lt. Elliott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D.C. Elliott, 56 Cambridge St. and is spending his leave with his parents.
He enlisted in 1942 with the 56th Battery and saw active service in France, Belgium and Holland.
Lt. Elliott received his education in Lindsay and is a graduate of the Royal Military College at Kingston.
