Haliburton boy welcomed home
Haliburton, Sept. 6, (PNS)—Vance English, son of Mrs. Frank English, of this village, was welcomed home from overseas on his arrival here a few days ago.
Another brother, John, also a veteran of several years service, arrived home a short while previous.
Their home-coming was saddened by the fact that their father had passed away a short while before the war’s end.
