Sgt. T.M. Fisher of Lindsay, an original member of the 45th Battery, is at present in Westminster Hospital, London. He expects to arrive home in the near future.

Bdr T.M. (Mel) Fisher who is still overseas with the Royal Canadian Artillery has been awarded the Second Clasp. Bdr. Fisher is one of the original members of the 45th Field Btry and prior to the way, served with the Victoria and Haliburton Regiment, and the 45th Field Battery, N.P.A.M.
The original Efficiency Medal is awarded for 12 consecutive years’ service and each clasp denotes and additional six years’ service.
