Invalided Home Among the soldiers who were recently hospitalized home from the battle fronts of Europe, are twelve from Military District No. 3. and included in this number is Gnr. M.L. Hancock of Oakwood. Some of the men had their wounds swathed in bandages, others were in casts grim reminders of bloody engagements which they wished to forget. Gnr. Hancock, it will be recalled, was listed as being wounded back in June. Later word was received by his mother early in July, stating that her son was making a favourable recovery in a base hospital.
