Find body of missing serviceman
Haliburton, April 2 (PNS) – Mr. and Mrs. Roy Horsley received word sometime ago that their son, Pte. Lyle Horsley had been missing. Later he was officially presumed dead, and on Friday his parents received a message saying his body had been found.
Pte. Horsley had been wounded last fall and during the winter went back in action.
The young soldier was born and educated in Haliburton, and was well and favourably known. He was a quiet, refined boy and leaves besides his parents a brother Jack who now lives in Eagle Lake.
