Haliburton boy wounded in action

Corp. Stanley Hoy has been wounded in action in Germany. It is understood that the young soldier was wounded by a bullet in the thigh. This is the second time Corp. Hoy has been wounded. He is now a patient in a Canadian hospital in England.

Another brother, Trooper Clayton Hoy, was also wounded while serving in Italy, having suffered several cerebral concussions and also an injury to the index finger.

They are both sons of the former Mrs. Pearl Hoy of Kinmount, now Mrs. C. Haight of St. Joe Island, Ont.
