Garfield Junkin wounded in Itally, arrives home Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Junkin, 11 Huron St., Lindsay, returned this week from overseas, having been despatched home because of wounds.
One year ago Pte. Garfield enlisted in Toronto, saw training at Listowel and Ipperwash, Ont., receiving the balance of his training in England. On May 25th he received a head wound while engaged in battle in Italy.
Pte. Junkin has another brother, James Clarence in the service, somewhere in England.
