Member of Armed Forces receive gifts
During the last meeting of the Mariposa Township Council communications were read from two members of Canada’s armed forces who acknowledged with thanks receipt of their respective gifts from the municipality in the form of two wrist watches.
The recipients were, Miss Nellie Lane, R.N. and Dr. C.B. Graham who are both well-known locally and who are now attached to the Canadian Army.
