Minden boy is seriously ill overseas
Haliburton, Oct. 19. – Word has been received at Minden of the illness of Noel Leigh in England, and his wife, Ethel Welch Leigh, has been advised by cable.
No particulars are at hand and the message causes anxious moments for his relatives and friends in Minden.
Noel Leigh enlisted in Toronto in 1940 and has been overseas over a year.
His wife and four children reside in Minden. The message read Noel Leigh was dangerously ill.
