Overseas since July is Belgium Casualty
Lindsay, Oct. 24 (Special) – Pte. Reginald H. Lyte, aged 25, has been wounded in recent fighting in Belgium according to information received by his wife, Mrs. Mary Lyte of Regent Street, from the War Department at Ottawa.
Pte. Lyte enlisted in October of 1943 with the Royal Canadian Artillery at Kingston. Following training at Hamilton and Petawawa he was posted overseas in July of 1944. He later transferred to the Windsor Grenadiers. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lyte of Lindsay.
