Uptergrove soldier is wounded
Pte. Faustus Mulvihill, of Uptergrove, son of Mr. and Mrs. I. Mulvihill, has been reported wounded in action in Holland on Oct. 16th, a telegram received by his parents stated. The nature of the wounds was not made known in the telegram received.
Pte. Mulvihill is serving as the driver of a carrier. He has two brothers also serving with the armed forces, Sgt. T.J. Mulvihill is with the 1st Canadian Army Royal Engineers in France and Trooper V.C. Mulvihill, now stationed in Camp Borden.
Pte. Mulvhill enlisted in September 1943, took his training at Simcoe and Ipperwawsh, and went overseas in June of this year.
