Pte. M.J. McCracken, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. McCracken, Haliburton, Ontario. Enlisted in Kingston, 16 June 1943. Trained at Kingston, Peterborough, Cornwall, Brantford, Camp Borden. Went overseas on 25 July 1944. He was killed in action on 28 February 1945.
