- Note the cutter. This cutter is a doctor’s cutter. In February 2010, I [Marylou Hall] was informed that an individual who refurnishes cutters had Dr. G.W. Hall’s cutter. (The name Hall was engraved underneath the cutter.) He was able to tell me that Dr. G.W. Hall’s cutter was manufactured in Oshawa.
