- “It did not take the University of Toronto C.O.T.C. (Cadet Officer Training Corp) long to catch up though, and although many of our class were veterans of WWI, and still in uniform, we had to wear a military uniform to school on Tuesday and Friday and drill on the back campus, rain or shine, with old mark III rifles and long bayonets.” George C.R. Hall’s words.
