- This note accompanies the photo in the presentation: "What stands out most in my memory was the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918. Classes were cancelled for two weeks, I went home to Little Britain, and drove my father on his rounds, almost around the clock, before I too was stricken with the flu.” George C.R. Hall’s words.
