Church, had been busy for some days past organizing a joint stock company, with a capital of $10,000, to equip and operate a wooden-ware factory at the Falls. He has our most earnest wishes for his success, of which there is but little doubt, as about half the required amount of stock has already been sub- scribed. We will give further partic- ulars, if there should be any, in next week’s issue. Stops the Cough and Works Off the Cold. {laxative Bromo-Quinine Tablets cures. cold in one day. No Cure, No Pay. It was a fast, hotly contested game, but in one respect was not satisfactory, as there were only six players on each side, instead oi seven. Alvin Gould, the goal keeper of the Fenelon Falls team, Was on his way from Midland, but his train was so impeded by snowdrifts that it did not reach. Lindsay until nearly ten o’clock, about two hours behind time, and his valuable services had to be dispensed with, and one of the Lindsay players left the ice to make things even. Gould’s position was taken by Burgess, who is a good goal keeper, but he was out of practice in that position. At half time the score stood, Lindsay 5, Fenelon Falls 3', and at the close it was Lindsay 8. Fenelon Falls 7. Abdut fifteen min- utes before the end of the game each side had six goals to its credit, and after that the play was fast and furious, but there was no rough work at any' time in the game, and our boys speak highly of the treatment they received. Dr. F. 'J. Aldous, the referee, gave gen- eral satisfaction. The Norwood team night; and the Lindsayites‘ will play their return game here on Tuesday of next Week. Then see what’ll happen tothem. When the Baby Cries at night there is a cause for it. Perhaps it is gas on the stomach, maybe cramps on diarrhoea. Don’t lose sleep, anticipate such contingen- cies by always keeping handy a bottle of Polsou’s Nerviline. Just a. few drops in water given inwardly, then rub the little oue’s stomach with a. small quantity'of Nerviline, and perfect rest is assured for the night for both mother and baby. You may not need Nerviline often. but when you do need it you need it badly. Get a bottle to-day. Sold by W. H. Robson. 2‘â€""‘_â€"â€"'_ WWWâ€"“... .___._____________â€" BIRTHS.
