The ice will be re- served for masqueradors until 9 o’clock. LIBRARY MEETING.~â€" The annual meet- ing of the Public Library was held on Friday evening last. The attendance was not large, owing, no doubt, to the short notice. The treasurer read his re~ port, showing the financial standing of the library. The report showed that the Institution is in a fairly prosperous con- dition, and that the sum on hand over and above expenses is larger than that of last year. Mr. Thos. Robson was re- elected Hon.
