We have examined the insurance policies and treasurcr's bond and ï¬nd them in order, one insurance policy being in the Bank of Montreal and the other one in the Bank of British North America. We wish to state that all school monies are paid by cheque from village treasur- er to school treasurer and deposited in the Bank of Montreal to credit of school board by your treasurer and paid out by cheques signed by treasurer and chair- man on order of the school board.
