The proceedings concluded with the national anthem. THE SCOTCHMEN ARE IN IT. In the evening the local camp of Sons of Scotland, in unison with their “brither Scots" throughout the British Empire, arranged a monste: bon fire just west of the railway track on Victoria-ave and thousands of people assembled to witness ‘ the cheerful blace.
