Beattie Nesbitt was arrest- ed last night in Chicago. He is charged with forgery, arising out of 1115 dealings with the defunct Farm- ers Bank of Canada, of which he was a former president. By arrangement with the attorney- general's department the Toronto po- lice issued circulars offering a reward of three hundred dollars for his ar- rest, some time after his flight from Canada.
