Mr. Dovey's mill is a specially desirable one for any locality to ess. as the product is nearly all exported to the United States, the foreign cash being brought in in retum. to be spent among our local people. Under this state of things, it is almost needless to say that Mr. Dovey has done much to build up Lindsay. and contribute to its general prosperity and progress. Mr. Dovey is a Canadian by birth. and has resided in Lindsay nearly all his life, being sixty- three years in this county.
