A THOROUG‘H GOOD TIIE ENJOYED‘ BY ALL LPRESENT. The annualfall fair of the Em~ ily Agricultural Society was held at the'Pa'rk in Omemee. on Mon- day and Tuesday of this week. The weather was excellent, and the happy throng that wended their way to the grounds to exhibit and to examine the productions ot skill and industry,‘ made glad the hearts of the directors. Large numbers from Millbrook, Lindsay and Peterboro were on the grounds, and spoke in eulogis- tic terms of the fair. ' There was an eikcellent show of horst's,‘ cattle, sheep'and swine. There "were a; few line ’exhibits of poultry? The-exhibits _of grain, ‘roots and vegetables ‘Wer‘e'm‘agiii- 'cent. The fruit display was ï¬rst; class. In 7the general‘nianufac; ture‘s and agricultural implement classes there were a 'nUmber ol splendid exhibits.
