The members elect of the municipal coun- cil of the corporation of the Township of Cavan for the year 1894, met at eleven o’clock, a.m., on Monday, the 15th day of January, instant, in accordance "with the municipal laws of the Province ‘ of Ontario, and after making and subscribing their respective declarations of qualification and of office before the clerk took thier seats in council as follows, viz : Joseph Thorndyke, Esquire, as Reeve, \Vm. T. Donaldson, Esquire, as Deputy Reeve and Messrs. ’ Charles McNeil, Richard Coe and Robert Hootan as councillors. The reeve in the chair.
